Privacy policy

Pulse Checker is a private tool used by the Maebells LLC team (Annie Holmes, Maggie Mayoza and Clayton Holmes) to plan and track content for Maebells, Sweet Peas and Saffron, The Best Keto Recipes and It Starts With Good Food. It is not available to the public.

What it accesses

With the team’s permission, Pulse Checker reads data from the team’s own accounts: Asana tasks, Google Analytics and Google Search Console reports, email newsletter statistics, and statistics from the team’s own Facebook Pages, Instagram accounts and Pinterest accounts. Google data is accessed read-only. Posts, pins and emails are published to the team’s own accounts only when a team member approves each one. Sign-in uses Google to confirm a team member’s email address.

How data is used and stored

Data is used only to show the team its own content calendar, traffic and performance. It is not sold, shared with third parties, or used for advertising. Connection approvals are stored encrypted. Drafts and saved ideas are stored in the tool’s private database.

Removing access

Access can be removed at any time from the Google, Facebook or Pinterest account settings (see the data deletion instructions). For questions, contact contact@maebells.com.
